The Title IX Coordinator is charged with ensuring a school's compliance with Title IX requirements and promptly and equitably responding to reports of sex discrimination and sexual harassment. This advanced-level training course is designed specifically for K-12 Title IX Coordinators. Ā Participants will explore the Coordinator's responsibilities throughout the Title IX process from initial implementation and policy considerations to responding to reports, coordinating supportive measures, managing grievance procedures, and maintaining required records. With practical examples, learners will gain the knowledge and tools needed to effectively lead their district's Title IX compliance program and navigate complex compliance challenges with confidence.Ā
