K-12 Title IX Level 2: Decision-Maker and Appeals Training
Serving as a Title IX Decision-Maker requires the ability to evaluate relevant evidence, assess credibility, apply the appropriate standard of evidence, and issue well-reasoned written determinations. This advanced-level training course is designed for those who intend to serve as Decision-Makers or Appeals Officers. Ā Through practical examples learners will develop the skills necessary to make fair, impartial, and legally compliant decisions under Title IX.
